Located in the Saint-Estephe appellation of Bordeaux, Chateau Montrose has a long history of producing exceptional wines since the early 19th century. The estate boasts 95 hectares of vineyards, predominantly planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
The Montrose Saint Estephe 2016 is a blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, and 7% Cabernet Franc. This wine displays a deep garnet color and offers aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and hints of cedar and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and a long, persistent finish.
